How quickly can my order be delivered?

What if no one is home?

This depends on the season we are in and the type of building we are delivering to. If the air temperature is suitable for flowers, we can leave flowers on a porch or around the back of a house. 

What is your substitution policy?

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, always using flowers of equal value. If you have any questions on this please call us at (864) 999-0919.

What is your return policy?

If for some reason you are not happy with your fresh floral or perishable product(s), please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. This includes flower arrangements, and gift baskets.If there are any issues with fresh floral arrangements, they will be replaced at same value within 24 hours of complaint. Any giftware or home decor products may be returned unused in their original state within 14 days.We are 100% committed to your satisfaction and guarantee our fresh, beautiful flower arrangements!
